Eskom is seeking a Service Representative to provide efficient, personalized customer service to residential customers in the Lephalale area. In this role, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, maintaining data, executing service activities, and facilitating quotation, connection, and metering tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12/NCV4/NSC3/N3 with languages, or a Diploma/Certificate in Low-voltage at NQF4 with 120 credits
2 years of basic understanding of electricity
