Our learnerships are open to candidates between the ages of 18 and 28 years, with educational qualifications ranging from grade 10 to grade 12. We welcome applications from both abled and disabled individuals who meet these criteria.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
If your application meets our initial requirements, you will receive an SMS inviting you to come and write a pre-training assessment test. This test helps us evaluate your skills and determine your suitability for our learnerships.
Once you have completed the assessment test, we will keep your application on file. As soon as we have an available Learnership that matches your qualifications and skills, we will place you accordingly.

To ensure a fair and efficient application process, we only accept applications submitted through the form below. We do not accept applications that are emailed directly to staff members or sent via the info@trainingforce.co.za email. Only applicants who fill in the form below will be assessed.
