Responsibilities:
Community Safety: As a Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to minimize crime in the areas you serve. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of residents and businesses within your community.
Community Engagement: We value community participation in crime prevention. You will be expected to engage with residents, build trust, and encourage their active involvement in maintaining security.
Stakeholder Relationships: Building strategic networks and relationships with various stakeholders, including local law enforcement, community organizations, and businesses, is essential. This collaborative approach promotes integrated delivery of security services.
Security Services: Mafoko Security specializes in both physical and electronic security services. You will be trained to design and implement security measures tailored to the needs of our clients, which include private individuals, corporations, and government entities.
Risk Analysis: Security Officers will be responsible for conducting risk analyses, identifying potential threats, and recommending appropriate security solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum education level: Grade 10 to Grade 12.
Valid security officer certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
