Responsibilities:
Ensure groceries are packed correctly and provide excellent customer service
Pack purchased goods into checkout bags and trolleys according to required standards
Use detergents and cleaning materials/chemicals effectively
Respond positively to customer needs, seeing situations through the eyes of the customer
Communicate clearly by listening attentively, responding appropriately, and speaking in an understandable manner
Display a sense of urgency, striving to complete tasks promptly and efficiently
Perform routine tasks at a consistently high standard

Be flexible and multi-skilled to meet operational requirements
Work shifts as required to meet operational demands

Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 10 education
