As a call centre agent at Fly SA you will be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email and chat. Your responsibilities will include handling bookings and enquiries, resolving passenger issues, providing accurate flight information, and coordinating with ground operations when needed. You will work with modern contact-centre tools and our internal systems to ensure every interaction is efficient, empathetic and solution-focused.
We’re looking for candidates who combine excellent communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience in customer service or call centre environments is preferred but not required — we value attitude and potential. Candidates must be fluent in English; additional languages (Afrikaans, isiXhosa or other local languages) are an advantage. You should be comfortable working shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
