Isisekelo Training Solutions, in partnership with the Department of Human Settlements in KwaZulu-Natal, is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to build a career in the construction sector. We invite applications for our fully funded learnership programmes aimed at developing future leaders in construction supervision and contracting.

 

These programmes will be hosted in Mpumalanga Township (Hammarsdale) within the eThekwini Metro. Successful learners will receive accredited training, workplace exposure, and mentoring designed to equip them with practical skills to support SMMEs and cooperatives in the Human Settlements sector.

 

Available programmes:

 

FETC: Supervision of Construction Processes (NQF Level 4)

 

National Certificate: Construction Contracting (NQF Level 2)

 

We strongly encourage applications from women, youth, and persons with disabilities.

 

Basic requirements:

 

South African citizen with a valid ID

 

Able to provide proof of residence

 

Between 18 and 40 years old

 

Educational requirements:

 

Supervision of Construction Processes: Minimum Grade 12

 

Construction Contracting: Minimum Grade 10
