Position Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the retail team by:

• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Assisting customers in locating products.
• Processing transactions efficiently.
• Maintaining high store standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Grade 10, 11, or 12 or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a retail environment, particularly in clothing stores, is advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures.
