- Peer Mobilization: Recruit at least 80 clients monthly, conduct risk assessments, and refer them to healthcare professionals.
- Field Support: Provide harm reduction information and packages to clients, ensuring they receive necessary services and maintaining accurate records.
- Mapping: Identify and add at least two new service sites each month to the mapping tool.
- Debriefing and Counseling: Participate in social debriefing and psychosocial counseling sessions, providing monthly feedback to the coordinator.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Grade 12 certification.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with active drug users, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Prior knowledge of HIV/AIDS and a recognized HIV counselling certificate is advantageous.
