Job DescriptionJob Objectives:

• Execute all operational activities at the point of sale efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain high accuracy in scanning merchandise and processing payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Safely handle cash transactions at all times.
• Promote Clicks’ clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to enhance sales and ensure they “feel good and pay less.”

 

• Provide superior customer service by being visible and approachable.
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards in line with store policies.
• Support the Group’s vision as the preferred health and beauty retailer by embodying company values.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.

 

Knowledge Requirements:

• Basic math skills.
• Understanding of retail/FMCG operations and merchandising principles.
• Familiarity with stock management procedures.
• Knowledge of customer service excellence.
