Job Description
Join the SAB Breweries team as a Brewing In-Service Trainee at their Ibhayi Brewery in Port Elizabeth. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brewing operations, quality control, and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate brewing plant and process equipment
- Perform quality control checks and analyses
- Coach fellow team members to produce consistent products
- Optimize plant and process performance
- Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively
Requirements
- National Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Analytical Chemistry
- Newly qualified and looking to gain experience
- Ability to work shifts
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
