Job Description

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking a Casual Cashier for their Musina store. The successful candidate will support customer service at point of sale, record customer transactions, and ensure a world-class shopping experience.

Requirements

• Grade 12/Matric
• 6 months’ experience in cashier/till operations
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Sound numerical skills
• Strong command of English
• Basic customer service skills
• Willing to work retail hours

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service policies and procedures
• Establish a professional relationship with customers
• Report customer complaints and compliments
• Manage cash flow and ensure accuracy
• Process purchases and payments
• Ensure security policies and procedures are followed
