Purpose of Job

To participate in and complete the Learnership programme for the designated field of expertise.

Key Accountabilities

The 12-month programme will include:

  • Theoretical training aligned with a National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Learnership programme.
  • Practical onsite work experience to enhance skills and workplace performance.
  • Foundational skills development in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer skills, and basic business principles.

This programme is suitable for individuals who have completed Grade 12 and are looking to develop essential professional skills. Learners will provide administrative support to improve the effectiveness of managers and departments, preparing them for work readiness.

Qualifications

  • Formal Education: High School / School Diploma or similar.
  • Advantageous: Post-Matric qualification in Data and IT.

 

Experience

  • Minimum Experience: 0 – 2+ relevant years.
