Minimum Requirements:
Basic Numeracy and Literacy: Fundamental skills necessary for the learnership.
NQF Level 2: Must have completed Grade 10 or higher.
NQF Level 3: Must have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
Availability: Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends.
Transportation: Must have reliable means to commute to and from stores.
Stipend: Earn R3000.00 per month, with an additional bonus upon successful completion of the learnership.
