STORE MANAGER – PEP

Job Description:
As a Store Manager at PEP Luckoff in Free State, you’ll spearhead a dedicated store team to achieve business objectives such as driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks, and ensuring top-notch store standards.
Responsibilities:
Elevate sales performance through a focus on exceptional customer service, maintaining impeccable store standards, efficient stock management, and effective promotional strategies.
Implement measures to minimize stock loss by fostering a positive store culture and adhering to security protocols, stock, and cash handling procedures.
Manage costs in alignment with the company’s cost-effective ethos by optimizing store operations.
Ensure adherence to administrative procedures outlined by the company.
Lead and nurture a dynamic team, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Uphold health, safety, and housekeeping standards to create a conducive work environment.
Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
Proficiency in English.
Preferably possess tertiary education in a business/retail related field.
Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail sector.
Computer literacy, preferably with proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google GSuite.
