Job Description:
Are you ready to join our team as a General Worker Bread Packer? In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in our Production Department, ensuring daily targets are met efficiently and on time, while maintaining the integrity of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain high-quality standards in the Production Department.
Uphold excellent housekeeping standards consistently.
Adhere strictly to all Company rules and procedures.
Execute tasks with efficiency to meet production goals.
Perform planned maintenance of assigned assets.
Maintain accurate administration and record control.
Follow SOP’s, hygiene, and housekeeping protocols.
Ensure food safety standards are met at all times.
Prioritize health and safety practices.
Qualification Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in a related production role is advantageous.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Ability to work in hot manufacturing conditions.
