This program offers 12 months of valuable work experience and is available at Clover branches in various locations, including Clayville, Bloemfontein, CDC Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Queensburgh, and Port Shepstone. Clover is committed to uplifting South Africa’s youth.

South African Youth aged between 18 and 35 years old
Matric qualification
Currently unemployed
Haven’t participated in a YES Programme with another organization before

Duties and Responsibilities:
Control and order stock
Implement proper stock control measures in-store and during Clover stock handling
Manage returns according to the store’s work plan
Prevent out-of-stock situations and report to the AM when necessary
Place accurate and timely orders based on ordering tempo
Maintain clean and well-organized product displays
Ensure proper crate and equipment control in line with company policies
Foster strong business relationships with store management, AM, HO, Customers, and fellow Merchandisers
Apply correct shelf control
Arrange shelves following the Store Flow indicated by the AM and applying basic merchandising rules
Maintain the fridge in good condition
Follow the indicated shelf set as per provided plans or generic shelf set
Ensure product labeling (PI label) is accurate and up-to-date
Display point of sale materials in allocated positions and maintain them
Keep relevant administrative tasks in order
Exploit all opportunities in-store to enhance the presence of products on the shelf
Establish and maintain good business relationships
Manage and nurture relationships with store management, AM, HO, Customers, and fellow merchandisers consistently
