Administration Clerks

 

The South African National Biodiversity Institute (SANBI) invites applications from self-motivated individuals for the position of EPWP Reporting Administration Clerks.

 

We are seeking dedicated candidates to assist in capturing Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) outputs into our reporting system for the Branch Programmes. Join our team and contribute to the conservation and management of South Africa’s rich biodiversity.

 

Position Details:

 

Job Type: Fixed-term contract ending on 31 March 2025.

Salary: R202,233.00 per annum, plus 37% in lieu of benefits.

Location and Number of Positions:

 

Pretoria: 2 positions (Reference number BIPA/2023/001).

Kimberly: 1 position (Reference number BIPA/2023/002).

Howick: 1 position (Reference number BIPA/2023/003).

Key Responsibilities:

 

Capture EPWP outputs into the reporting system.

Maintain accurate records and reports.

Collaborate with a diverse team and work independently.

Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Experience:

 

Candidates should meet one of the following sets of requirements:

 

Grade 10, job-specific qualification, or equivalent at NQF 2, with 5 years of relevant work experience.

Grade 12, job-specific qualification, or equivalent at NQF 4, with 4 years of relevant work experience.

Higher education qualification/diploma, or equivalent at NQF 5.

Competencies Required:

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

Some experience in customer service.

High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
