Recruitment Process

 

Our recruitment process is designed to ensure that we find the best candidates who meet our criteria and are committed to their roles. Here’s a step-by-step guide to our recruitment process:

 

Step 1: Application for Position on Website

You will be required to complete a literacy and numeracy proficiency test to proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Interview

 

If you pass the previous steps, you will conduct an interview with the relevant manager at the recruitment site.

Step 5: Criminal Check

 

After the interview, you will agree to a consent form allowing GP Retail Operations to run a criminal check on you.

Step 6: Contracting

 


After the criminal check is processed (typically within 48 hours), you will be invited to complete your contract at a specified venue.
