Selection Criteria:
To be eligible for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be residents of Gauteng.
Have completed their matriculation from a school in Gauteng.
Possess a deep passion for pursuing a career in ECD education.
Be under the age of 33 at the time of application and not turn 36 during the program, ensuring a youthful and dynamic cohort.
