Customer Service Assistant – BUCO Pinetown.

The Building Company is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant at our BUCO Pinetown location in KwaZulu-Natal. This is a full-time position that requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

 

Welcome clients and monitor customer activities.

Address and resolve customers’ complaints in a professional manner.

Process customer sales and payments while maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products.

Manage paperwork and filing related to customer interactions.

Act as a Customer Relations-End Controller to ensure customer satisfaction.

Supervise and conduct accurate stock checks.

Assist the manager with handling customer complaints.

Aid in coordinating trucks and deliveries at dispatch.

Ensure the smooth running of end-user and customer interactions.

Perform stock receiving tasks.

Obtain and match delivery notes to order forms.

Monitor stock levels and report on damaged stock.

Display and label stock appropriately.

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture.

Requirements:

 

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role.

Basic computer skills.

Grade 12 qualification.
