Responsibilities:
Our client, Visa, has an exciting Learnership program that has opened for a 12-month period, intended to upskill unemployed youth. We are looking to have 6 learners join us on this 12-month journey, to acquire the necessary foundational business acumen as well as an introduction to the payments industry. Through this Learnership, you will acquire the nationally recognized Business Administration Services NQF Level 4 qualification. If you want a development opportunity that will equip you with core competencies that are transferrable for future roles, look no further! During the 12 months, you will be trained and professionally molded to fulfill your potential.
Requirements:
Matric/National certificate (Maximum Qualification)
Passed Mathematics/Mathematics literacy or Accounting
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Team player with good communication skills
Computer literacy would be an added advantage
South African Youth Citizen
Candidates must not have permanent employment and/or participated in any other learnership
Not engaged in post-Matric studies or formal employment
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

As a Business Administration Services Learner at Visa, you will be exposed to various aspects of the payments industry and acquire essential business acumen. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Learning and Development: Engage in structured learning modules that cover a wide range of topics related to business administration and the payments industry.
Practical Experience: Gain hands-on experience by working on real-world projects and tasks under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Professional Development: Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from industry experts to help you grow in your career.
NQF Level 4 Qualification: Complete the program with a nationally recognized Business Administration Services NQF Level 4 qualification, which will boost your career prospects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be eligible for this Learnership program, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Matric/National Certificate: The highest qualification should be a Matric or National Certificate.
Mathematics/Accounting: Successful completion of Mathematics, Mathematics literacy, or Accounting is required.
Proficiency in English: Candidates should be proficient in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak effectively.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy is preferred.
South African Youth Citizen: Applicants should be South African citizens.
Employment Status: Candidates must not have permanent employment and should not have participated in any other learnership.
Post-Matric Studies: Applicants should not be engaged in post-Matric studies or formal employment.
