Take orders, handle cash and card payments accurately, and operate point-of-sale systems.

Maintain clean, safe, and well-stocked work areas, including dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and storage.

Follow hygiene, health, and safety practices (food handling, temperature control, and cleaning schedules).

Work with your team to meet daily targets for speed, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Support opening, closing, and shift-change duties as required by your manager.

Why you’ll love working here

Flexible scheduling to fit around studies, family, or other commitments — full-time and part-time roles available.

Paid training that gives you real skills in customer service, food preparation, and workplace safety.

Clear career pathways: many store managers and supervisors started as Crew Members.

Employee discounts on KFC meals and access to wellbeing and recognition programs.

A team culture that values respect, inclusion, and collaboration.

Who we’re looking for

Applicants 18 years or older (or as required by local labour laws).

Positive, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks, including lifting up to reasonable loads.

Willingness to learn, follow directions, and work quickly without sacrificing quality.

Previous experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage but not required — we train the right people.

Essential qualifications and checks

Valid proof of identity and right to work documentation.

Where applicable, a criminal record check may be required per company policy.

Food handling certificate is a plus; otherwise, training will be provided.
