In this role you’ll follow established procedures to complete production orders, operating designated equipment such as blenders, sieves, spray dryers, batching systems, reactors, packaging lines, ovens, mills, and distillation columns. Typical tasks include blending, mixing, dispensing, heating, filtering, and packaging — the building blocks of producing high-quality flavours, fragrances and wellbeing solutions. You’ll collect raw materials, load them into machines, and learn to interpret bills of materials and formula specifications so ingredients are added in the correct sequence and quantities.
Quality and safety are core at Givaudan. Under supervision you’ll prepare accurate records, read control instruments, and assist with in-process quality testing to ensure every batch meets customer specifications. When deviations occur, you’ll be trained to document and escalate them in line with Standard Operating Procedures. You’ll also be entrusted with routine sanitation and housekeeping duties to keep the shop floor orderly and compliant with regulations such as GMP, HACCP, FDA, OSHA and other internal safety standards.
This is more than a job — it’s a structured learnership. You will attend classes and complete assessments while applying lessons directly on the production floor.
