Minimum Requirements:
Valid FAIS Section 13 Certificate (Short-Term Insurance)
At least 2 years’ experience in short-term insurance administration (preferred)
Strong knowledge of FAIS compliance and insurance regulations
Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Office and insurance-specific systems
Key Responsibilities:
Handle policy administration, client support, new business processing, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
Ensure full compliance with FAIS and internal procedures
Liaise effectively with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
Maintain precise records and documentation for seamless operations
