Nqobile Qwabe traveled to Cape Town after his friend, Sizwe Ndlela, assured him of job opportunities and instructed him to pay R500 for rent and book his bus ticket. However, after Nqobile left, Sizwe switched off his phone and became unreachable.
Upon arriving in Cape Town, Nqobile was unable to locate Sizwe or find the promised job. Seeking help, he went to the local police station, but initially, an officer chased him away. Fortunately, a sergeant later intervened and allowed Nqobile to stay at the police station overnight. Despite this temporary shelter, Nqobile remains in a vulnerable position with no funds for food or accommodation, and he does not know anyone in Cape Town who can assist.
