Position: Crew Member
Industry: Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) / Food Service
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (9 hours per day)
Location: Within 15km radius of each McDonald’s store location in South Africa
Application Status: Open until filled
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers with a friendly smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Efficiently take and process food and beverage orders.
Prepare and assemble menu items according to McDonald’s quality standards.
Neatly package food orders.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining, kitchen, and service areas.
Uphold health, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members and managers to meet daily goals.
Assist in stock checks and inventory management.
Support the team during peak periods, including evenings and weekends.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must have a Matric certificate.
Able to speak, read, and understand English.
Resides within 15km of a McDonald’s location.
Clear criminal record.
Cheerful, willing-to-learn attitude.
Punctual and reliable.
Available to work weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
Passionate about customer service and teamwork.

Attention to detail, especially in preparing and packaging food.
