Our Learnership Programme connects eager learners with experienced leaders, providing a platform for collaboration and innovation. Participants will gain invaluable work experience and mentorship while working towards a Further Education and Training Certificate in Business Administration (NQF Level 4). To apply for the 2025 Learnership Programme, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- South African citizen
- Grade 12 certificate and a tertiary qualification (undergraduate or postgraduate)
- No prior tertiary studies or formal employment for 2025
- No previous learnerships completed
- Willingness to reside in Johannesburg for the duration of the programme
