Trainee Traffic Officer

Duties:

• Enforce applicable legislations (NRTA 93/96 & NLTA 5/2009).
• Implement municipal by-laws.
• Assist in executing traffic plans and programs as directed by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Valid Code B driving license.
• Relevant Traffic Warden qualification.
• 0-2 years of experience as a traffic warden.
• No criminal record.
• Physically and mentally fit.
• Firearm proficiency is advantageous.

Learner Law Enforcement Officer

Duties:

• Conduct effective patrols to prevent crime.
• Address issues in problem areas proactively.
• Respond promptly to calls and recognize unusual activities.
• Understand and comply with policies and regulations.
• Maintain safety during critical incidents and follow arrest procedures.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Basic Law Enforcement qualification from an accredited institution (Traffic Warden, Traffic Officer, or SAPS).
• Valid Code B driving license.
• No criminal record.
• Firearm proficiency is advantageous.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
