Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa invites applications for the Packaging Learnership Phase 2, aimed at providing qualifying learners with the opportunity to enrol for an NQF 3 Personal Leadership Development qualification (SAQA registered ID: 83946). This qualification will enhance the learner’s development within the food and beverage packaging environment, offering recognition and mobility within the beverage manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
Job Description
The learnership offers a structured learning program that combines theoretical training with on-the-job learning, covering:
- Bottling processes and procedures
- Safety and housekeeping standards
- Quality tests and specifications
- Beverage handling practices
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage in a structured learning program.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards in the workplace.
- Participate in various bottling and packaging processes.
Qualifications / Experience
- Must have completed the National Certificate: Food and Beverage Packaging Operations NQF3.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science (not Maths Literacy).
- Must be an Employment Equity candidate.
- Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organization.
- Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment.
- N5/N6 qualifications are advantageous.
- Age requirement: Must be between 18-35 years of age.

- Ability to work effectively in teams and interact well with others.
