Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Document Preparation: Draft and edit correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy.
- Data Management: Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries and requests effectively.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate communication between departments to ensure timely responses.
- Meeting Coordination: Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings and technology setup.
- Information Dissemination: Distribute updates and information promptly.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Report Generation: Assist in preparing operational reports, performance metrics, and budget tracking summaries using MS Excel.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate inventory records and fleet maintenance activities.
- Presentation Preparation: Compile data and prepare visually appealing presentations for management meetings.
- Project Assistance:
- Project Support: Provide administrative support for special projects led by the National Facilities Manager and National Fleet and Logistics Manager.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and assist in developing solutions to potential issues.
- Operational Support:
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional administrative tasks as assigned by the National Warehouse and Fleet Manager.

Requirements
- Education: BCom Degree
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role
