Position Overview:
We are excited to announce our Learnership Program for 2024/2025, aimed at unemployed youth. This program offers an opportunity to enrol in the Clearing and Forwarding Agent NQF 5 learnership for 12 months, providing theoretical knowledge in Freight Forwarding and practical exposure to the work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of import/export processes under direct supervision.
- Perform documentation tasks such as receiving, reconciling, and summarizing documents.
- Maintain operational systems as per instructions.
- Execute back-office duties including scanning, filing, and reporting.
- Follow defined processes and methods for task delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members and address task-related issues to maintain positive work relationships.

Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12/Matric with a minimum of 65% in English.
- Age: Must be between 18 to 30 years.
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
- Employment Status: Must not be currently employed or studying.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) is an advantage.
