Long Term Insurance Unemployed Learnership Programme 2024 Location: Kwazulu Natal, South AfricaProgramme Overview: AVBOB, in collaboration with INSETA, is excited to announce the Long Term Insurance Unemployed Learnership Programme for 2024. This initiative aims to empower young individuals from rural areas by providing them with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the long-term insurance industry. The leadership is structured as a 9-12 month programme, allowing participants to work in AVBOB’s offices in Kwazulu Natal and gain hands-on experience. Upon successful completion, learners will receive a registered qualification (NQF Level 4). Requirements: To be eligible for this leadership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Valid matric certificate with English, Mathematics or Maths Literacy, and Accounting
- Willingness to work in AVBOB’s offices in Kwazulu Natal
- No prior leadership attended
- Not engaged in any other studies from 01 October 2024 to 30 September 2025
- South African citizen
- Residing in the specified provinces (Mtubatuba, Jozini, Kwangwanase, Pongola)
- Basic computer skills
- A letter from the ward counsellor from the rural area
