Exxaro Resources is seeking an Officer, Receiving to join their team at the Leeuwpan Coal business unit in Delmas, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational management and support in the receiving warehouse section, ensuring accurate and timely receiving of ordered goods while adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting accurate and timely receiving of materials, signing delivery documentation correctly, and capturing data into SAP
Assisting with item issuing, delivery, binning and dispatching
Reporting incorrect or damaged items immediately to the relevant stakeholders
Overseeing truck loading/offloading by external parties and ensuring compliance with company policies
Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by complying with all applicable SHE policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will possess:
Grade 12/Standard 10 qualification
2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or operational environment, with knowledge of the SAP MM module
A valid Code B driver’s license and forklift certification
Competence in the SAP Position Specific module
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety
