Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife, the conservation authority responsible for managing the protected areas of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, is currently seeking talented individuals to join our dedicated team. We are hiring for several positions, including Administrative Officer, Gate Receptionist, and Gate Supervisor.
Administrative Officer (1 position)
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Officer to provide efficient and effective administrative support to our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A relevant tertiary qualification and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role are required.
Gate Receptionist (11 positions)
Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife is seeking friendly and customer-oriented individuals to fill 11 Gate Receptionist positions. The successful candidates will be responsible for welcoming visitors, collecting entrance fees, and providing information about our parks and reserves. Excellent communication skills in English and at least one local language are essential. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Gate Supervisor (2 positions)
We are hiring two Gate Supervisors to oversee the operations of our park entrances. The ideal candidates will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a team. Relevant experience in a supervisory role, knowledge of conservation and tourism, and excellent communication skills are required.
