Maintenance / General Worker

Job Description:
Essential Health Pharmacy Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance / General Worker to join our team at our Brackenfell Pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience. This position focuses on the maintenance and upkeep of the building and its surrounding areas. Please note, this is not a supervisory role.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on and around the site.
Paint and fill gaps or crevices (e.g., on walls, sidewalks).
Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting, etc.
Undertake light installations.
Repair equipment as needed.
Assist tradespeople with electrical and plumbing repairs.
Undertake duties as assigned by management.
Identify and report repair needs to management.
Take responsibility for the upkeep of the garden around the building.
Maintain general neatness of the parking area.
Requirements:
Physical good condition
Good health
Good timekeeping skills
Trustworthy
Energetic
Non-endorsed driver’s license
