Purpose Statement:
As a Bank Better Champion, you will be the face of Capitec Bank, welcoming clients and ensuring efficient queue functioning. Your primary responsibilities include providing excellent client service, assisting clients at the ATM, and completing transactions on various self-service channels. Through these interactions, you will gain valuable knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
Experience:
Minimum: No prior experience is required, but applicants must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.
Ideal: Some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment is preferred.
Qualifications (Minimum):
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred):
Knowledge of bank branch environments
Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and internal business processes
Knowledge:
Minimum: Basic calculations, interpersonal engagement, and a clear understanding of personal aspirations with a desire to learn.
Ideal: Understanding of bank branch environments and knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Conditions of Employment:
Clear criminal and credit record
Fingerprints detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
