Responsibilities:
Safety First: Adhere to company policies and procedures to guarantee the safety of passengers, crew, and the aircraft. Stay informed and vigilant during all phases of flight.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service to all Airlink customers. Create a positive and enjoyable flying experience, meeting and exceeding passengers’ expectations.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with fellow crew members, including pilots and ground staff, to ensure smooth operations and a harmonious working environment.
Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergency situations with composure and efficiency. Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on emergency procedures and first aid.
Cabin Management: Manage the cabin environment, including the proper handling of catering, onboard amenities, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the flight.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Possess a minimum of a Grade 12 certificate or its equivalent. Education in relevant fields such as hospitality or customer service is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills are essential. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times, adhering to the airline’s grooming standards.
Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to varying schedules, time zones, and working conditions.
Physical Fitness: Meet the physical requirements of the role, including the ability to lift and carry certain items, stand for extended periods, and move comfortably within the aircraft.
