Position: Girls Club Mentor

Salary: R5,325 per month (basic)

 

About Us:

Community Media Trust (CMT) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing media production and interpersonal communication services, primarily focused on health and human rights. Our diverse campaigns and programs strive to empower the people of South Africa with information and support in accessing health and social services.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Mentor and guide girls in the after-school program, fostering a supportive and educational environment.

Implement engaging activities that promote personal development, confidence, and well-being.

Collaborate with the team to ensure the success of the Girls Club and its impact on the community.

Requirements:

 

Grade 12 qualification.

Passion for community development, especially in the context of empowering young girls.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

Commitment to CMT’s mission and values.
