Position Overview:
Behavioral Dimensions is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in Africa. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service to clients, address inquiries, and resolve customer issues promptly. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Utilize your knowledge of our clothing products, brands, sizes, and fashion trends to suggest complementary items and upsell to customers, thereby increasing sales and enhancing the shopping experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Grade 11/12 or equivalent.
