Key Responsibilities:
Efficient Queue Functioning: Ensure smooth branch flow by welcoming clients and maintaining efficient queue operations.
Exceptional Client Service: Provide top-notch client service and assist clients at the ATM, as well as complete transactions on remote or self-service channels.
Knowledge and Skills Development: Gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum:
No prior experience necessary
Possession of a Grade 12 National Certificate
Ideal:
Some client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment
Minimum Qualifications:
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of bank branch environments
Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and internal business processes
Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
Conditions of Employment:
Clear criminal and credit record
Detectable/recognizable fingerprints on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
