Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients, managing branch queues effectively.
Provide excellent client service and support at ATMs and other self-service channels.
Execute transactions on remote or self-service platforms, building your expertise in service consulting.
Experience:
Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate required.
Ideal: Previous client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments.
Qualifications:
Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
Ideal: Further education or training in relevant areas.
Skills:
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
Requirements:
Clear criminal and credit record.
Fingerprint recognition on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
