Join us to gain valuable theoretical knowledge and practical experience within the healthcare industry. This program runs from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024.
Role Purpose:
Are you unemployed in Gauteng? Are you passionate about client service and eager to launch your career in the health industry? This learnership is your chance to shine. Develop potential, receive on-the-job training, and earn an Occupational Certificate in Health Care Benefits Advisor (NQF Level 5).
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate.
Passed Mathematics or Mathematical literacy (40% minimum).
Passed English and another SA language (40% minimum).
Computer Literacy (advantageous).
Commitment to the 12-month program.
Unemployed and available from October 2023 to September 2024.
Ages 18-30, South African citizens.
Able to commute to the workplace.
Not studying at tertiary level during the learnership.
Not completed the same learnership before.

Responsibilities:
Attend classroom activities and practical on-the-job training.
Acquire knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
Compile a Portfolio of Evidence.
Complete logbooks for work-based learning.
Successfully complete assessments.
