Job Description: As a participant in the learnership, you will undergo comprehensive cross-training, enabling you to proficiently handle tasks on both the sales floor and the service desk within a retail outlet. Your primary responsibilities will include interacting with customers, managing stock, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Success in this role hinges on your commitment to learning, completing logbooks, and preparing for assessments. You will be trained to become a competent, versatile sales consultant.
What we expect from you:
Work a minimum of 120 hours
Learn and acquire knowledge
Prepare effectively for assessments
Assist customers in locating merchandise
Apply merchandising principles to enhance store presentation
Process payments and purchases using the POS system
Facilitate the opening of new accounts
Contribute to stock loss control and maintenance
Foster positive customer relationships
Ensure customer security and safety
Requirements:
Grade 10 qualification
