Job Description:
As a Retail Operations Pharmacist at Clicks Group, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of pharmaceutical care and accurate dispensing practices. You will work under the guidance of the Pharmacy Manager (Responsible Pharmacist) to ensure the smooth operation of the dispensary and clinic areas. Your primary objectives will include:

Providing accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, within the legal scope of practice defined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
Efficiently managing dispensary operations, including stock management, housekeeping, and administration, in alignment with merchandising, SAPC regulations, and company standards.
Executing customer service initiatives to enhance customer experience, drive loyalty, and achieve club card participation targets.
Collaborating with the clinic and healthcare aisle teams to offer customers a comprehensive healthcare solution.
Living and promoting the company values to position Clicks as the preferred health and beauty retailer.
