We’re seeking dedicated individuals to support our valued App users, both farmers and buyers, by delivering exceptional assistance and ensuring their needs are met. As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be responsible for handling user inquiries, onboarding processes, order processing, and dispute resolution to ensure a seamless experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist farmers, buyers, and logistics partners with registration and onboarding.
Manage emails and calls, responding promptly to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
Process orders accurately and within designated timeframes.
Ensure timely delivery of orders, exceeding customer expectations.
Resolve disputes and inquiries with creativity and efficiency.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet departmental goals.
Adhere to business rules, policies, and regulations for compliance.
Skills and Experience:

Proficient in English (Fluent spoken and written skills).
Multilingual abilities (Sepedi, Xitsonga, Tshivenda) a plus.
Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional time management and work ethic.
Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matriculation).
Additional qualifications or prior experience in administrative roles or call centers preferred.

Salary Range: R11,500 – R14,500 per month.
Location: Remote working, occasional travel to Sandton (travel and accommodation subsidized).
Communication: Work cell phone provided.
Data & Airtime: Provided for work-related needs.
Equipment: Entry-level laptop provided.
Training: Comprehensive training for system usage provided.
