It is an Outbound Agent.

The Salary is R218 064 per annum
The Requirements for this job are as follows:
The Grade 12 Certificate is needed
There is no experience that is needed for this job.
What you must know?
The business Functions at least. You need to have an idea of the relevant fund policies. Must have knowledge of the Processes and Procedures. The knowledge of Human Anatomy or Biology. There are Principles called Batho Pele Principles that you need to know.
You need to know the constitution ACT. You need to know the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The PFM and the National Treasury regulations.
The skills that you need to have:
The basic skill that you must have is the Data Capturing skill, Data and record management, The Telephone skills.
The person will be dealing with the queries that are coming from people through telephone calls, faxes and e-mails.
