Role description

Role and Responsibilities:

Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and email.

Assist in arranging for maintenance to be carried out as and when requested by clients and tenants.

Providing administrative support and report writing following maintenance or repairs.

Invoicing:

 

Answer the telephone within a timely manner and transfer calls professionally.

Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Report back any complaints or recommendations to the line manager or Managing Director.

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Previous property maintenance experience
  • Matric with Mathematics

Preferred Skills:

 

  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  • Telephone skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident in working with a wide range of people
  • Strong Microsoft suite experience especially Excel.
  • Previous experience using bookkeeping/invoicing software (QuickBooks / Xero / Sage etc.)
