People were always told to do these certificates earlier but they refused. They thought that they are not necessarily and can never be truely needed.
After sometime it was revealed that these certificates are useful and it is a must to have in order to be considered for employment.
A lot of new applicants who will be going for 2023 job as assistants got a call for interviews but they received the news from their principals that, they will not be able to sign full assumption of duty without having these certificates.
More especially NSSF which stands for national school and safety framework. This Certificate provide detailed information on how to become a great person who can be trusted by learners and how to deal with learners who come across different in issues including sexual abuse.
All former assistants did these certificates and they say they learnt a lot out of them. We have a lot of these certificates, however for this employment now we will need only two certificates.
Other certificates will be used later. For now we need these two compulsory certicates.
