Who Can Apply?
The programme typically targets unemployed South African citizens between 18-29 years old with a Matric certificate. Candidates should not hold qualifications higher than NQF Level 4, ensuring the programme reaches those who genuinely need career development opportunities. Priority is often given to individuals who attended Quintile 1, 2, or 3 schools or received child support grants.
