you a recent TVET graduate with a passion for retail and customer service? The Body Shop Inland invites eligible N6 graduates to join an 18-month internship designed to develop practical retail skills and launch your career in the beauty and wellness industry.
About the role
This fixed-term internship is based in our Retail Stores across the Inland region (Johannesburg). Over 18 months you’ll gain hands-on experience in store operations, sales, stock management and customer engagement while working alongside experienced store teams and mentors.
Key responsibilities
Assist with daily store operations, opening/closing procedures and visual merchandising.
Deliver exceptional customer service, advise customers on products and apply selling techniques.
Support stock receiving, inventory control and stockroom organisation.
Use POS systems and basic computer tools to process sales and update records.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment and brand presentation.
Minimum requirements
Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent.
Completed N6 Certificate in Business-related courses.
Unemployed and able to commit to the full 18-month programme.
South African citizen, aged 18–29 years.
Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
Customer service focused with problem-solving ability.
Basic computer literacy and understanding of retail and stock management principles.
